Successsun has several CNC machining equipment, which ensure the quality of hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic systems. We use CNC milling machine to roughly process raw materials whose specifications are complied with required standard, and then, we use CNC vertical machining center and CNC horizontal machining center with profile cutting tools to finely process workpieces. The machining accuracy of our products can be up to 0.02mm.

We can assemble 6000 hydraulic manifolds and more than 500 hydraulic power units every month. In order to increase assembling efficiency, manipulator is adopted to assemble a large number of hydraulic manifolds, this can avoid errors which are normally occurred in manual assembling process, and helps improve assembly accuracy and correctness.

All hydraulic manifold blocks we produced need be tested in the test station which has the on-line oil filtering system to keep the hydraulic oil clean, and all the hydraulic manifolds or hydraulic power units are delivered to customers only after passing the test.
